This treadmill has a 0.1- to 12-miles-per-hour speed range, a 400-pound user weight capacity, 15-percent grade electric elevation, a 4-ply tread belt, low step up height, and extended parallel medical handrails. The treadmill also has reversing belt direction for downhill walking and reverse walking, a handheld remote control, and heart rate monitoring. The rehabilitation console's readout shows you the time used, the distance traveled, approximate calories burned, the incline level, your pace, and the approximate calories you are burning per hour.
