Multi-Purpose Benches

If you don't already know how important it is to vary your resistance training program, then consider yourself told! I say this because so many people tell me that they gave up weight training because they stopped seeing results.

People, your body was made to adapt and no matter how out of shape you are when you begin to work out, as your body becomes accustomed to a certain movement like cardio or lifting weights it becomes easier and eventually your body will become desensitized to that movement. In the flat position chest press, lying flies, pullovers, dips, behind neck presses, Arnold press, seated lateral raises, lying rows, lying triceps extension, preacher curls.

In the decline position declined flies, decline chest press, decline bench press.
