Abdominal Workout For that delicious 6-pack you've always wanted, and no I'm not talking about a case of Labatt Blue.

Cardio Workout This is my very own interval training cardio routine. I usually perform it on the treadmill, on the elliptical trainer, with a skipping rope or running outside. This gives my workout some versatility and constantly surprises my muscles.

Chest Workout For killer pectorals, like they have on those fire-fighting calendars. I do this workout too, ladies just modify your weights for toning instead of for mass.
